7 Days Climbing Kilimanjaro Route via Lemosho Overview
Mt Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and does not require any technical climbing! All you need is walk slow but steady. For the summit to be reached, your body must sufficiently acclimatize itself. It is important to be physically, emotional and spiritual prepared for the Kilimanjaro Expedition.

Itinerary In Details
Day - 1 Arusha- Lemosho - Mti Mkubwa Camp
After breakfast, you drive to the Londorosi Gate for a few minutes registration and other formalities. The 4WD will take you further up to Lemosho glades thereafter you can walk for about 4hours to mti mkubwa campsite
Day - 2 Mti mkubwa camp to Shira
Mti mkubwa camp t o Shira After breakfast, you leave the camp to Shira plateau (11,550ft), walking through the Moorland steeping track.
Day - 3 Shira I Camp to Shira II camp
After breakfast, leave Shira I camp to Shira II camp, you will be walking across the high desert(12,220) with significant acclimatization effect as we go up. Meals Plan: Diner/ Breakfast/ Lunch
Day - 4 Shira II Camp to Baranco Camp
After breakfast, leave Shira II for Barranco Hut (13,100ft).You will pass through last water drop at Karanga valley on the way up. Meals Plan: Diner/ Breakfast/ Lunch
Day - 5 Baranco camp to Barafu camp
After breakfast, leave Barranco camp and ascend to Barafu(14,910ft). Dinner and overnight
Day - 6 Barafu camp – Stella point - Uhuru Peak to Mweka camp
Wake up midnight, a small snack start ascending to Uhuru Peak(summit) through Stella point(18,640ft) after summiting head down to Mweka Hut (10,100ft)
Day - 7 Mweka camp to Mweka Gate
After breakfast head down to Mweka Gate with picnic lunch box and our representative will be waiting for clearance from the park authority(summit certificate followed by hot lunch at the gate as well as champagne)thereafter transfer to your hotel in Arusha
